Dried apricot puree soup

Rinse the dried apricots thoroughly, pour with cold water, and cook in a closed dish until softened. Wipe the finished dried apricot with the decoction. Add sugar, cinnamon, water to the resulting puree, heat the syrup to a boil, then pour the starch diluted with cold water and allow to boil again. Serve with cream or sour cream.
