Soy soup

Soak soybeans for two days, changing water several times a day. Then boil until tender over low heat. Soy is boiled for several hours. Drain the water and grind the soybeans on a meat grinder. Fill the resulting puree with two spoons of soybean oil. It's delicious to pour in a tablespoon of soy sauce. For the soup, boil the vegetables as usual and put the cooked soya puree in a saucepan before cooking. Set the soup on the edge of the stove, decorate it with herbs and let it infuse
