Milk soup with cereals

Rice, millet, barley groats are sorted, washed and boiled in salted water till semi-readiness, then poured with hot boiled milk, added salt, sugar and brought to readiness. Semolina is sifted and poured in a thin stream into boiling milk diluted with water and seasoned with salt and sugar. The soup can be served separately wheat and corn flakes of 25g per serving
