Milk soup with croutons

Salted milk is boiled along with the decoction (or in extreme cases with water). Before serving, season the soup with cream, warm up. The bread, cut into small squares, is fried in oil, sprinkled with grated cheese and covered with a lid to make the cheese melt slightly. We serve to the soup on separate plates.
