Milk soup with rice
Milk soup is prepared from milk in half with water. Rice, some other cereals or pasta do not cook well in milk, so they should first be boiled for 3-4 minutes in boiling water, drained, then lowered into boiling milk and boiled until tender over a low heat. Butter the milk soup, if desired, you can add sugar.
