Homemade noodle soup with chicken
The recipe for noodle soup is one of the best-loved recipes for home cooking.
chicken - 300 g, carrots - 1 pc., parsley root - 1 pc., celery root - 1 pc., onions - 1 pc., fat - 1 tbsp. spoon, flour - 5-6 tbsp. spoons, eggs - 1 pc., water - 1 tbsp. spoon, salt to taste
Cut the roots and onions into straws and spass with fat. Homemade noodles are prepared as follows: knead the dough (cool), leave it for 20-30 minutes, then roll it very thinly 2-3 mm thick, cut into strips 4-5 cm wide, fold them one on top of the other and slip, and then spread the noodles in a thin layer and dry. Put the roots in a boiling chicken or meat broth, and after the broth boils again, noodles, having previously sifted the flour through a sieve. To maintain the transparency of the soup, the noodles should first be lowered for 1 minute into hot water, then cast on a sieve, let the water drain, transfer to the broth and cook for 15-20 minutes. Add spices to the soup 5-6 minutes before cooking. Chicken soup with homemade noodles is served as follows: a piece of chicken is put in a plate, the soup is poured and sprinkled with herbs.
