"uyhazi" soup
Pour the gutted and processed chicken carcass with cold water, bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook over low heat. Then add fresh champignons, tomato paste, black and red peppers, salt, roots and bring to readiness. Strain the broth. Cut the chicken, separate the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces. Cut boiled mushrooms and roots into straws. Boil the noodles separately in the broth. Pour chicken meat, noodles, mushrooms and roots with broth, add garlic and bring to a boil. Before serving, sprinkle the soup with finely chopped parsley or celery greens.
chicken - 200 g, carrots - 1 pc., garlic - 1 wedge, fresh champignons - 40 g, tomato paste - 1 teaspoon, black peas to taste, ground red pepper to taste, parsley greens to taste, or celery greens to taste, salt to taste, noodles to taste
