Homemade noodles with chicken




In this traditional home soup, the main thing is a thin natural chicken aroma and delicate homemade noodles made with your own hands.

chicken - 300 g, carrots - 2 pcs., parsley root - 1 pc., onions - 1 pc., fat - 1 tbsp. spoon, greens to taste, salt to taste, pepper to taste, chicken broth - 2 l, flour - 200 g, eggs - 3-4 pcs., water - 0.25 cups

Cook homemade noodles. To do this, pour flour onto the table with a slide, make a hole on top, pour eggs, ground with salt, water and knead cool dough. Then roll it out thinly and cut into ribbons 5-6 cm wide. Fold the ribbons one on top of the other, sprinkle with flour. Shred the noodles, cutting the ribbons across as small as possible. Dry it and sieve it. Put the roots in the boiling chicken broth, and after the broth boils again, put the noodles. To maintain the transparency of the soup, first lower the noodles into hot water for one minute, drop them onto a sieve and transfer them to the broth when the water drains. Cook the noodles in the broth for 15-20 minutes.
