Put the chicken trimmings (leftover meat, skin, wings) in a pan with warmed fat and fry until a ruddy crust appears. Clean the beef from films and tendons, rinse and pass through a meat grinder. Rinse tomatoes and sweet peppers peeled from seeds, scald with boiling water, remove the skin from them and cut into large pieces. Combine the minced meat with vegetables (leaving a little tomatoes) and raw egg whites, mix, put in a saucepan, pour cold strained broth, first removing the fat from it, add the fried chicken trimmings and bring to the boil. Then reduce the heat to low and cook the soup for half an hour. Strain the ready soup, carefully remove the fat from it, pour over broth cups or pials, put several pieces of tomato in each and serve warm or cold.
