Peasant soup

Cut cabbage, potatoes, carrots, parsley, onions into small pieces, boil in boiling water or broth (15-20 minutes), and first put cabbage in boiling water, then potatoes and, at the very end, carrots, parsley, onions pre-fried on pork lard or oil. Put fresh tomatoes (if any) or mashed tomato in the soup 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
