Potato soup with Ukrainian galushki, you need to cook the same as soup with dumplings, but instead of dumplings you need to put galushki.

Potatoes - 3 pcs., Water - 1.5-2 l, Carrots - 1 pc., Onions - 1 pc., Butter - 50 g, Bay leaves - 1 pc., Black pepper - 1 pinch, Dill greens - 3 sprigs, Parsley greens - 3 sprigs, Salt - 0.5 tsp, Flour - 100-120 g, Eggs - 1 pc.

Ingredients to prepare.

Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into cubes.

Boil the water, cook the potatoes until half cooked over a medium heat (10-15 minutes).

Peel the onions, wash, finely chop.

Peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater.

Heat the pan, melt the butter, fry the onions in melted butter over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

Add carrots to the onions and fry lightly.

Put the roasting in a saucepan, salt, add bay leaf.

Making galushki: Knead the dough, as for homemade noodles. To do this, break the egg, add flour, knead the dough so that it does not stick to the hands.

Roll the dough with a tourniquet.

Cut it obliquely with pieces 1. 5-2 cm long.

Put the dough pieces in the soup. Cook for 7-10 minutes over a medium heat.

Wash the greens, finely chop.

Turn off the soup, add greens, salt, pepper.
