Potato soup on milk with dressing

Cut the peeled potatoes, cook in salted boiling water, strain. Boil 5 glasses of milk, add potatoes, butter, another 1 cup of milk (boiled), diluted with yolk. Salt and cook until cooked. Sprinkle finely chopped dill, parsley on the table before serving.
