			8 servings50 min your 20 minLight meat-free soups are especially popular in the summer heat. The proposed meat-free sorrel soup is easy to prepare, requires a minimum of ingredients and has a pleasant light acid. 
 
Water (or vegetable decoction) - 3 liters, Sorrel - 500 g, Potatoes - 2-3 pcs., Oil - 1 tbsp. spoon, Salt - 1 tsp (to taste), Yolk - 1 pc., Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoonsMeatless sorrel soup recipe products in front of you. 
							
							
							How to make meat-free oxalic soup: Go through and rinse the sorrel thoroughly. Put aside a few leaves. 
 
							 
							
							
							Heat the casanque, add oil. Put the prepared sorrel in hot oil. Simmer sorrel with oil over a medium heat, stirring until softened (3-5 minutes). 
 
							 
							
							
							Grind the sorrel in a blender or wipe through a sieve. 
 
							 
							
							
							Peel, wash the potatoes, cut into slices. 
 
							 
							
							
							Boil water or vegetable decoction. Put the prepared sorrel in a vegetable broth or water. Add sliced potatoes, salt, cook for 30 minutes over a low heat under a lid.

							Peel the egg, separate and grate the yolk. 
 
							 
							
							
							When the soup is almost ready, add a few leaves of specially deposited washed sorrel and let it boil again. Season meat-free sorrel soup with yolk and 2 spoons of sour cream before serving. A light sorrel soup (meat-free) is ready.
