Throw chopped bulb onions into boiling water (0. 3-0. 5 l), grate the potatoes on a fine grater together with the peel. Grind all the greens and spring onions, grind the grains of dried sprouted wheat on a grinder. The balanda is filled with flour dressing: dilute the flour with a little cold water and pour a trickle into the soup, stirring continuously. Bring to a boil, throw the chopped greens into the pan for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. The balanda is seasoned with salt and red ground pepper to taste.
