potatoes - 4 pcs., carrots - 2 pcs., celery - 1 pc., parsley root - 1 pc., parsnip - 1 pc., onions - 1 pc., salt to taste, dill to taste, parsley greens to taste, sour cream - 200 g, yolk - 1 pc., noodles - 50 g, or white bread - 1 piece

Carrots, celery, parsley, onions and parsnips, cut into quarters, are boiled in a saucepan with
1. 5 liters of boiling salt water. When the vegetables are almost ready, quartered potatoes are added. Sour cream and yolk are separately mixed in a soup bowl. When the potatoes are boiled, they add to the hot soup, thoroughly stirring the cooked sour cream. Finely chopped greens are added at the end. If there is no sour cream at hand, noodles are boiled in the soup or cubes of toasted white bread are served to it.
