Boil broth from fish food waste. Make the minced meat from the fillet by passing the fish through a meat grinder with pork lard. Add sautéed onions, dill, pepper, salt to the minced meat. Make dough from flour, water, salt, eggs, as for dumplings. Roll it into a layer
1. 5-2 mm thick, cut small circles. Put the mince on each mug and make "ears" (not completely closed dumplings). Lower into boiling fish broth and cook. When the "ears" come up, put the chopped tomatoes, dill and parsley greens and let boil for 1-2 minutes. When serving, garnish with greens.
