Boil broth from fish food waste. Make the minced meat from the fillet by passing the fish through a meat grinder with pork lard. Add sautéed onions, dill, pepper, salt to the minced meat. Make dough from flour, water, salt, eggs, as for dumplings. Roll it into a layer
