Semolina soup with carrots and pumpkin

cut prepared carrots and pumpkin into cubes and separately bring to readiness in a small amount of milk with addition of butter. pour sifted semolina into boiling milk diluted with water to avoid formation of lumps with continuous stirring, add pumpkin, carrots, salt, sugar and cook at low boiling for 10 minutes. put oil in plates with soup.

milk - 1200 g, water - 400 g, semolina - 50 g, pumpkin - 200 g, carrots - 100 g, butter - 40 g, sugar - 25 g, salt to taste
