Sweet pumpkin soup

Cut the pumpkin, remove the seeds, peel, cut into small pieces, put in a deep pan, pour 1 cup of water, salt and simmer until tender. Spray the flour in oil. Wipe the pumpkin through a sieve, put in a saucepan, pour in the milk, add the flour, sugar, lemon zest, mix and cook for 10 minutes. Put the butter and crushed cinnamon in the finished dish.
