Pork soup with pumpkin

Rinse the loin, cut into small pieces, lower into water and heat to a boil. Drain the broth. Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes or plates. Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, put pork in it. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender. Put the pumpkin pieces and salt 14 minutes before the cooking is over. When the dish is ready, add sodium glutamate, stir and serve. The soup is seasoned with ground chili after it is poured over serving plates or soup pials.
