Fresh herring soup
Cook washed, peeled and sliced potatoes with onions, salt, spices. Peel the fresh herring, rinse and, when the potatoes are half cooked, lower it into the soup and continue cooking until cooked. Season the soup with sour cream, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
