Dried fruit soup with jam
1 serving
Rinse the dried apples, pears and plums, fold into a saucepan, pour water, cook for 15 - 20 minutes, add some sugar, then remove from the heat. Throw the fruits back a colander, let the decoction drain. Then put the hot fruit into a plate and sprinkle generously with sugar so that it dissolves and soaks into the fruit, the latter should not be boiled. When the decoction and fruit are completely cooled, put some fruit in a plate and pour over the decoction, add blackcurrant or other berries to taste.
