Rosehip soup with apples

apples are cleaned, seeds are removed, grated with large holes or finely cut, covered with sugar and put on cold. washed rosehips and apple peeling are poured with boiling water, citric acid is added to taste and boiled for 10 minutes in closed enamelled utensils or stainless steel utensils. then the decoction is allowed to brew (5-b hours), strained, heated to a boil, starch diluted in cold water, apples mixed with sugar are added to it during mixing and brought to a boil. wheat bread is cleaned from crusts, cut into small pieces, dried and served separately at soup tempering.
