Herring soup with potatoes

Cut the prepared herring (at the rate of 2-3 pieces per serving) and cook. Then we take out the finished fish, separate from the bones, filter the broth, put the potatoes in it and cook until cooked. After that, add fish, sautéed onions to the soup and cook until tender. Serve with sour cream.
