Turnip soup with sprinting

Peel turnips and carrots and grate on a coarse grater, finely chop the onions. Put turnips in a saucepan, pour water and cook until tender. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and add to the turnip. Spit onions and carrots in vegetable oil and put in a soup. After 5 minutes, put the crushed brynza and cook over a low heat for another 5 minutes.

turnips - 500 g, carrots - 1 pc., onions - 1 pc., potatoes - 3 pcs., brynza - 150 g, vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
