Kidney soup in english
Cut the kidneys, cut out the ducts, soak in vinegar, rinse, dry, cut into bars, plan in flour. Brown the kidneys in 1 tbsp. spoonful of oil, pour boiling water and cook until tender, salt, add onions and flour fried in oil. Leave 4 mugs of lemon to garnish, squeeze out the rest of the lemon and add to the soup. Put a mug of lemon in each bowl of soup, sprinkle with crushed parsley greens, finely chopped red pepper. Serve puff pies or salted cookies to the soup.
