Wash the meat, put in cold, slightly salted water and put to cook until tender. Add peeled, finely chopped greens, chopped potatoes to the broth. Cut the boiled meat into small pieces. Chop onions, celery and cumin very finely and, as soon as the potatoes are soft, add along with the meat to the broth. Let the broth boil again and remove from the heat.
