Potato soup with cauliflower

Peel carrots, parsley, onions, wash, cut lengthways into 2 parts, and then cut into thin semicircles. Put all the roots in a sauté pan, add melted butter and save until tender. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into wedges, wash the cauliflower, cut into individual stoves. Lower the potatoes into boiling water, let them simmer for 10 minutes, then put the passaged roots and cauliflower and cook for another 10 minutes. Move the finished soup to the edge of the stove. Add salt, whipped cream or hot milk, mix well. Such a soup is recommended to be served immediately to the table
