Kufta - armenian rice soup with meat dumplings

Go through the rice, rinse, pour into the meat broth. Add slightly fried onions there. Pass the meat through a meat grinder, add egg, salt, pepper, greens. When the rice is half ready, drop it on a 2-3 tbsp. sieve, let drain the water and mix the rice with the prepared mince. Make 8 large meatballs from the resulting mass, lower them into boiling rice soup and cook until tender over low heat. Distribute the ready-made meatballs among the plates. Mix 2 eggs with milk and, stirring slowly, pour into the soup. Sprinkle the soup with parsley and dill.
