The famous Armenian cuft - the recipe for this traditional dish for Armenia has many options. For example, such a cuft soup with rice and meat balls.

meat broth - 2 l, rice - 0.75 cups, lamb - 500 g, or pork - 500 g, eggs - 3 pcs., onions - 1 pc., butter - 1 tbsp. spoon, milk to taste, parsley greens to taste, dill to taste, coriander to taste, salt to taste, pepper to taste

Spit the onions in butter. Go through the rice and rinse. Bring the broth to a boil, lower the onions and rice. Pass the meat 2 times through a meat grinder, mix with egg, herbs, salt, pepper. When the rice is half cooked, remove 2-3 tbsp. spoons of rice, put on a sieve, let drain the water and mix with the mince. With wet hands, roll 8 large meatballs and cook them in the stock with rice until tender over low heat. Scatter two eggs with milk and pour into the soup, stirring slowly. When serving, sprinkle the cuft with chopped parsley and dill greens.
