Bozbash
Bozbash is a famous Caucasian lamb soup. The Bozbash recipe has many options, lamb, chestnuts or potatoes remain unchanged. Vegetables can vary depending on the season and region of cooking. This recipe is lamb bozbash with tomatoes and plums.

Rinse the lamb, cut into small pieces, pour cold water and cook on low heat until half cooked, periodically removing the foam.
