Chicken soup, and even with mushrooms - tasty!
water - 3 l, chicken - 1 pc., fresh mushrooms - 300 g, green onions - 1 bunch, garlic - 5-6 lobes, eggs - 1 pc., soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp. spoons, vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon, sesame - 1 tsp, ground black pepper - 0.3 tsp, salt to taste
Chicken soup is always delicious, but this recipe - chicken with mushrooms - is a favorite! Chicken soup is made with mushrooms as follows: Cut the prepared chicken into portions, pour cold water, boil, remove the foam and cook over medium heat until soft. Remove the finished chicken, separate the meat from the bones and finely chop. Salt the stock, season with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and strain. Boil the egg hard-boiled, cool, peel and finely chop. Finely chop the spring onions and peeled garlic and crush with a fork until smooth. Rinse the mushrooms, cut into slices along the fibers, put in a pan with the warmed vegetable oil and fry. At the end of the roast, add the remaining soy sauce and garlic onion puree and mix well. When serving, put the chicken meat and mushrooms in plates, pour them with broth, sprinkle the chicken soup with the mushrooms with ground pepper and sesame seeds and decorate with an egg.
