Potato soup with mushrooms

Wipe 6-8 large crumbly potatoes boiled in salt water through a sieve. Dilute the mash with milk and knead until smooth. Then dilute this mash with water to make a soup of the desired density. Separately, simmer the pre-boiled and chopped dried mushrooms in oil with salt, pepper and onions. Put all this in soup, boil and serve with croutons toasted in oil.
