Chorba with veal and mushrooms

Boil calf brisket or beef meat for 1 serving until cooked. Go through fresh mushrooms, rinse under running water, cut into slices and cook in water, adding citric acid so as not to blacken. Soak dried mushrooms in cold water for 3- 4 hours, then cook in the same way as fresh. Add boiled mushrooms (fresh or dried), homemade noodles and carrots lightly toasted in butter, parsley, onions to the finished meat broth and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes. 5 minutes before you are ready to pour in the boiled kvass, season with salt, pepper, chebrets. Serve the chorba with meat, seasoning with sour cream and sprinkling with finely chopped greens.
