Chowder with buckwheat

Boil vegetables, as usual, on a good heat. When the potatoes are ready, introduce buckwheat ground on a coffee grinder and diluted in warm water in a thin trickle. It will cook very quickly in vegetable soup and give a savoury taste to the chowder.
