Peas or beans are sorted, washed, beans are soaked and boiled till readiness with addition of sautéed onions, carrots, strained with decoction, diluted with broth, combined with white sauce, seasoned with salt, boiled for 5- 8 minutes and butter is added. The soup can be boiled with smoked pork, brisket or loin.
