Pea soup with lamb

Fall into boiling broth pre-soaked peas. 20 minutes before the soup is ready, add roughly chopped potatoes and onions, chopped kurdyuk (lamb lard), boil for 10 minutes, then add dried cherry plum, barberry and saffron infusion, cook. It is better to cook the soup in a serving dish, in which it is served.

lamb - 120 g, dried peas - 30 g, lard - 20 g, potatoes - 75 g, onions - 15 g, cherry plum - 15 g, barberry - 6 g, saffron to taste, greens to taste, salt to taste
