Janchypsy (bean soup)

Beans are soaked for 2 hours and boiled in the same water until iol-ready. They are dressed with onions browned with tomato, red pepper and flour browning. They cook for 10 - 12 minutes. Garlic is ground with salt (diluted with broth, strained), the soup is seasoned and brought to taste. When served, finely chopped parsley greens are sprinkled.
