Swedish beer soup

Lemon crust is put in beer and brought to a boil. Flour is diluted in cold milk, dumplings are poured into beer and the soup is seasoned with sugar and salt. The egg is mixed with flour, some milk is added: loosened, this liquid is poured into the soup. Boil for 5 minutes and remove from the heat. Egg yolk is beaten with several spoons of soup and the dressing is introduced into the finished soup.
