Pearl barley chowder

Barley is sorted out, poured with water and boiled until semi-ready. Then one performs mushrooms, finely chopped onions browned in oil, carrots and cooking until cooked. You can cook cereals and mushrooms separately, and then combine them, adding spices. This wonderful, delicious chowder was born in Siberia.
