Milk soup with cherries

Soak dried cherries in warm water for an hour and a half, then carefully remove the bones from them and boil them in the same water with a piece of cinnamon and part of the sugar. We pour cream into the decoction, mixed with flour and cook. After that, pour into a narrow dish with high sides, beat with a mixer (or whisk) and add more sugar to taste. Serve chilled.
