Oat puree soup

take 5-6 pounds of veal from the front, remove large bones, chop and cook broth from them with a small amount of roots. leave the meat on a stew. boil 7z cups of oat groats separately, wipe through a sieve, dilute with strained broth. before serving, season with flour oil or liaison (2-3 yolks broken in milk), stirring well, warm up, but not boil. if desired, you can put a little cut into pieces of potatoes with the mash before dressing, and then season.
