Fresh corn puree soup

Corn cobs are boiled, grains are separated and passed through a meat grinder. Finely chopped bulb onions are fried with oil till softness, flour is added and frying is continued for another 5 minutes. Then prepared corn, salt, ground pepper, nutmeg are placed, milk, cream are poured in and the soup is brought to a boil. When served, finely chopped green onions are sprinkled.
