We cut rye bread into pieces and dry it in the oven. We blow the breadcrumbs with cool boiling water and leave it for a while. We drain the water, wipe the swollen crumbs through the sieve, add half of the drained water. In the second half, put the raisins and cook for 10 minutes. Then pour in the granulated sugar, put the finely cut apples, boil again and, combining with the strained crumbs, bring them to a boil again. After that, add cinnamon and cranberry juice obtained from berries. Beat the cream in a mixer or whisk until lush snow-like mass and lay out on plates before serving.
