Put a layer of stewed cabbage in a pan greased with fat, on it - pieces of boiled fish (3-5 per serving). Then put the vegetables on the fish, and place the second layer of stewed cabbage on top. Line the surface, sprinkle with grated cheese mixed with ground crumbs, pour over the butter and bake in the oven. Before serving, garnish the solyanka with olives, pickled cherries, lemon slices and parsley greens.
