Beef - 250g, Vegetable oil (or fat) - 20g, Onions - 40g, Tomato paste (or tomato puree) - 20 g, Salted cucumbers - 50 g, Southern sauce - 10 g, Wine vinegar - 4 g, Garlic - 3 g, Flour - 4 g, Greens - 7 g, Salt - 4 g (to taste), Pepper - 3 g (to taste), Broth - 0.5-1 cup (to taste)Products for Georgian salt before you.

How to make a Georgian solyanka: Peel the onions, wash, finely shred.

Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.

Peel the garlic, finely chop.

Wash the greens, chop them finely.

Wash the meat, cut into small pieces of 1-2 cm each.

Heat the pan. Pour vegetable oil (or fat). Put the onions and meat in hot oil.

Salt the meat, pepper and fry along with the shredded onions in heated fat for about 10 minutes over a medium heat, stirring periodically.

Add tomato puree, mix.

Then add flour, stir, sauté for 5 minutes.

Dilute everything with broth.

Mix.

Then add pickles, garlic, wine vinegar, sauce, chopped into small cubes. Stir and cook for a further 5 minutes.
