gutters to taste, water - 12 glasses, black pepper to taste, bay leaves - 2 pcs., vegetables to taste, cucumbers - 5 pcs., celery root to taste, cucumber brine - 2 cups, sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons, parsley greens to taste

Taking 2 goose giblets, peel well, cut into small pieces, fold into a saucepan, pour 12 glasses of water, put a few grains of pepper and 2 bay leaves: cook for 1 hour. Prepare a piece of different vegetables, ink like noodles (including an onion), pour one glass of fatty strained broth from the giblets and put to simmer, closing for 15 minutes. Peel 5 pcs from the skin. Cucumbers, cut into oblong slices, choose seeds, put in roots, pour 2 cups of cucumber brine, transfer the giblets here and strain the rest of the broth on them, put 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream, parsley greens and boil for 15-20 minutes.
