Tarator (cold soup)

Tarator is a recipe for cold soup, Bulgarian okroshka, one and the most popular dishes of Bulgarian cuisine.

cucumbers - 3 pcs., prostokvash - 350 g, or natural yogurt - 350 g, or kefir - 350 g, garlic to taste, vegetable oil - 50 g, dill to taste, walnut - 50 g, vinegar - 0.5 tbsp. spoons, salt to taste

Peel the cucumbers, cut into small cubes or slices and add crushed garlic to them. Pour yogurt, rustic milk or kefir and stir, add vinegar. Dilute the mixture with cold boiled water and put the crushed nuts. Season the soup with chopped dill greens and vegetable oil.
