Okroshka russian

Okroshka is a Russian dish with a centuries-old history. Traditionally, Russian okroshka is made from vegetables with a neutral taste, eggs and spicy herbs. For piquancy, a special green onion dressing with mustard or horseradish is added. And, of course, since okroshka is "Russian," its recipe is necessarily used by home okroshny kvass.
