To cook fruit decoction, take a mixture of dried apples, pears and plums, pour boiling water over them, boil under the lid and insist for 3- 4 hours. Instead of fruits, you can take rhubarb or rose hips. Cut fresh cucumbers and boiled potatoes in the skin, cooled and peeled, into cubes. Finely chop the salad, deciduous parsley and dill. Then boil a hard-boiled egg: chop the protein, and wipe the yolk through a sieve and mix with sour cream or mayonnaise. All this is poured with infusion, add vegetables, herbs, sugar and citric acid.
