Okroshka with horseradish

Spinach can be replaced with young nettles. Cook spinach in slightly salted water, making sure that it does not boil too much. We simmer sorrel in a separate saucepan. Then we wipe everything together through a sieve to make a green mash. Add sugar, salt, you can have a little mustard, and spread kvass. Spring onions and dill are finely chopped, put in a saucepan. Okroshka is served cold. Grated horseradish and pieces of boiled fish are placed in each plate.
